Forward’s Annual 12 Days of Christmas/Fitness and Potluck Breakfast

Come and celebrate Forwards longest running tradition of the 12 Days of Christmas/Fitness.  We only have one class so we pack the house.  You can even choose to do this whole workout outside (dress accordingly)  After the last person is done we all pile into the barbell side of Forward for breakfast and “recovery” drinks.  For many this is the best workout of the year for it’s not about the workout itself but instead a whole big family coming together to celebrate the season.  See you at 8am!!!

 

On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me

On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me 

2 pull ups and a 200m run

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me

3 push-ups, 2 pull-ups and a 200m run

etc.. etc ..etc

6 Kettlebell Snatches

7 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

8 Kettlebell Swings

9 Kettlebell Push Press
