5 minutes of good quality walking lunges focusing on form

  1. 1. 5 rounds for quality of: 15 V-ups 20 Russian Twists, pick load

     2. Snatch Balance 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 (add weight each time and focus on speed)
