We’ve got a great week ahead of us at the box! I know most of you will be relieved to know that there will NOT be any burpees this week. We will see some fun and challenging lifting complexes, and an opportunity for a one rep max. Lots of barbell, and lots of time on the pull-up bar as well. Make sure to bring your running shoes on Thursday for our first running WOD of the season!
For those of you who can’t make it in to the gym this week, I will also be posting some at-home workouts on the Athletes page. Don’t neglect your fitness if you find that you can’t make it in for class. If you need some suggestions for scaling or if you need any help this week, just reach out!
