Week of May 4!

Hope everyone had a great weekend, and May the 4th be with you!  Lots of good stuff this week coming your way, with a big focus on cardio.  There will be a lot of running/rowing/biking, so make sure you review the WOD the day before and plan ahead (take a peek at the weather).  Make sure you’re stretching really well (ROMWOD!!) and getting in those valuable rest days, too.  If you need some warm-up or scaling ideas, shoot me a message and I can help steer you in the right direction.  Get outside and soak up some Vitamin D!  Now’s a great time to get back to running, hiking, or whatever your favorite outdoor activity may be.

Keep working on those double-unders, handstand push-ups, and pull-ups this week.  If you feel stuck, reach out to one of the coaches for some guidance and support.  We are here to help you in any way that we can!

Let’s not get complacent with our fitness guys–we have come so far, and hopefully there is a light at the end of this tunnel.  Soon we will all be together again, albeit six feet apart.  Remember that if you should need anything I am only a phone call, email, or text away!
