WOD Team WOD 30 Thrusters 95/65 30 Pull Up 20 Thrusters 135/95 20 Chest to Bar Pull Up 10 Thruster 185/135 10 Bar Muscle Up Each partner completes piece before moving on. Partner A does 30 Thrusters, then partner B does 30 thrusters, and so on.
