We will take care of all the planning and preparation for you, all you have to do is show up, do work, and get results.
There is no barbell involved with Forward Fit. This is a BURN/BOOTCAMP/HIIT style of class where you will use medicine balls, kettle bells, bands, suspension trainers, and your own bodyweight. Don’t worry, you’ll get high intensity cardio from rowers, air bikes, running, and jumping/stepping. All of these components will get you in the best shape of your life. Our goal is for you to be capable of handling anything life throws at you.
