Our teens class will help focus on the needs of the growing high school athlete. Build strength, power and explosive strength. Learn to run faster, and to build your engine so you can stay at peak performance longer. Develop healthy movement patterns, agility, and varied movements to keep you healthy and strong throughout the season.
What should you expect?
Our teens classes only meet a couple times each week. You’ll be in class with other teens your age.
