Weightlifting Program

CrossFit Forward is the home of Forward Barbell Club. Our USA Weightlifting certified Coaches are here to help you learn the ins and outs of the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. We will teach the Clean and Jerk as well as the Snatch, while incorporating various squat and accessory lifts to turn you into a successful weightlifter!

The sport of Olympic Weightlifting is unmatched in its ability to develop Power, Speed, Strength, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, and Coordination.

Our Barbell Perceptions Youth Weightlifting Class is perfect for middle school athletes looking to begin to develop muscle mass and all the attributes associated with athletics!

Our Adults Barbell Perceptions Weightlifting Class is perfect for High School age athletes looking to increase strength and explosiveness, as well as adults looking to build corse strength and improve balance and coordination.

Come lift with us as we build muscle, burn fat, and build solid and strong cores!

Schedule:

Barbell Perceptions Youth Weightlifting Class (8-14)

($100 per month)

  • (M/W/F) 4:30pm to 5:30pm $100 per month

Barbell Perceptions Adult Class

($100 per month / $35 per month for existing member)

  • Monday/Wednesday 5:30pm to 6:30pm $100 per month
  • Saturday 9:30 am

Barbell Open Gym

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30pm – 8:30pm
  • Tuesday 4:30pm – 8:30pm
  • Saturday 10:30am – 1:00pm
