I joined Forward in late 2020. After only a short period of time, not only did I start to get stronger and feel healthier, but I also had a new group of friends. I immediately fell in love with the community. We celebrate little and big wins both in and out of the gym as well as support each other through the tough times. I love helping people be the healthier and better versions of themselves.
Fun Fact: I have been doing 100 burpees a day every day since 12/27/23!
